This menstrual product was discovered when a study was published in the journal Matter on July 10. This study described a product that turns period blood into jelly, so that it does not come out of the clothes.
It became possible after this experiment
According to researchers at Virginia Tech, using technology, a menstrual product has been developed that is environmentally friendly. It can turn the blood released during menstruation into jelly. Scientists tested different biopolymers and molecules with pig blood.
When scientists mixed a type of biopolymer called alginate with an alcohol called glycerol, blood was then brought in contact with it. Everyone was surprised to see that the blood turned into a gel form.
